Handcrafted Décor
10% commission
On the item price of each delivered order placed through the Grainhouse checkout. Shipping and sales tax are not included. It is deducted before you are paid.
Furniture
8% commission
On deals you close with buyers who reached you through Grainhouse. Mark the inquiry or lead as sold and enter the amount; we send one invoice a month.
How commission works
- When it is charged: Handcrafted Décor when the order is delivered; furniture when you report the sale.
- What it is charged on: the item price only. Shipping and sales tax are not included.
- How it is paid: Décor commission is deducted from what we pay you for the sale. Furniture commission is on one invoice a month, due within 15 days.
- Returns: if a delivered Décor item is refunded or cancelled, its commission is reversed. A furniture sale that falls through is adjusted by our team.
- Paid monthly plans: while a paid plan is active, furniture commission does not apply.
