Connect with verified carriers
Our dispatch team books a carrier for you; you hire and pay the carrier directly. Post a load for carriers who serve your pickup state to bid on or accept — or book a truck for a single move.
For shippers
- Post a load. Pickup and delivery city, state and ZIP, the date, what you're shipping, its size and weight, and the truck it needs. Add photos if they help.
- Pick how to price it. Set a fixed price a carrier can accept straight away, or ask for bids (with an optional budget) and choose the one you want.
- Get booked. Only then do you and the carrier see each other's contact details and street addresses.
- Follow the trip. The carrier marks pickup, in transit and delivery. While they share their location you can see the truck on a map, and delivery comes with a proof-of-delivery photo or PDF.
- Confirm delivery. You pay the carrier directly, the way you agreed with them.
You need a free customer account to post a load. Your phone number and email stay hidden from carriers until one is booked.
Our dispatch team books a carrier for you; you hire and pay the carrier directly. Grainhouse Freight is a dispatch service working on behalf of carriers. We are not a carrier or freight broker.
For carriers
- Sign up free with your company, USDOT / MC numbers, truck types and the states you cover, and agree to the Dispatch Service Agreement — our dispatch team then works on your behalf.
- Upload your documents (insurance certificate and the others the form asks for). Our team checks them by hand before your account shows as verified.
- Find loads picked up in your coverage area that need a truck you run. Accept fixed-price loads or place a bid.
- Run the trip from your booking page — status steps, optional location sharing, and the proof-of-delivery upload.
- Get paid by the shipper. Shippers pay you directly. A dispatch fee applies to each completed job; your Earnings tab shows what's owed each way and how to settle it.
