1. Our role. Grainhouse Freight is a dispatch service working on behalf of carriers. We are not a carrier or freight broker. We do not transport goods, take possession of freight, or arrange transportation for shippers.
2. What we do for you. On your behalf we list your truck types and coverage, show your profile to shippers looking for a truck, pass on booking requests and loads that match your coverage, and book jobs you accept.
3. Your responsibilities. You are the carrier for every job you accept. You keep your operating authority, insurance and documents current, carry out each job yourself, and are responsible for the freight while it is in your care.
4. Payment. Each shipper hires and pays you directly, the way you agree with them. We never collect or hold shipper payments.
5. Dispatch fee. A dispatch fee, a percentage of the final price of each completed job, is shown on your Earnings tab. You pay it by the methods listed there.
6. Ending the service. You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks this agreement or whose documents lapse.
